I gave my financial advisement and investment management group the name “Nora” for two reasons: first, for my grandmother, out of my deep respect for her, how she invited me to speak my mind freely and afforded me the opportunity to succeed; and second, for the Celtic meaning of her name and also what I find to be the greatest source of value in life.
“Nora” invokes the balance between material and immaterial wealth, between financial value and human aspirations, such as freedom, security, and legacy. Real value lies in neither of these two aspects of life but in the balance between them. I have learned this lesson myself, as an executive of a successful startup insurance company, again as an executive at The Hartford, later as a financial advisor, and now as Nora Wealth’s Founder and Managing Member.

She has served in the industry for over 15 years, cultivating relationships with clients, developing wealth management plans, managing client portfolios, and consulting on risk management, retirement planning, estate planning, and other critical financial strategies.
She works with individuals & families, business owners, corporate executives, and retirees, whom she helps by addressing their unique challenges, developing comprehensive financial plans and providing ongoing portfolio management.
Amy attended Furman University and later attended UGA's Executive Program for CFP® Certification education before earning her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
Amy's extensive experience around portfolio design, investment strategy, wealth management planning, retirement planning, & cashflow planning positions her to be able to help Nora Wealth clients navigate life's many transitions with confidence.
Liz joined Nora Wealth as a financial consultant and develops initiatives to promote financial literacy and wellness in the community. Prior to becoming an advisor, she focused on helping clients understand their options around life insurance, annuities and long-term care as part of their wholistic financial plan.
Liz helps clients to develop long-term financial goals and implement a strategy for reaching those goals. Her clients, individuals and families, come to her looking for help with managing multiple priorities, figuring out an appropriate savings amount for specific goals, quantifying long-term goals and deciding the appropriate investments and allocation for their portfolios.
After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and serving in the finance industry for 8 years, Liz attended Emory's Financial Planning Certificate Program and earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Her passion is educating clients about the long-term benefits of prioritizing their future selves, and helping families to improve their financial wellness. She has led over 40 webinars and seminars on topics of Investments, Budgeting, Financial Planning & Debt Management.
Renee founded Nora Wealth after 10 years as a financial consultant. Prior to being a Financial Advisor, she served at Hartford Financial for 20 years, becoming Division President.
Renee works closely with clients building comprehensive financial plans and managing their investments. She brings not only her industry experience into the relationship, but also her own insights from having personally experienced many transitions and challenges that her clients also face.
Earning her MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and her Financial Planning Certificate from Boston University’s Institute of Finance, Renee then earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
Renee works with Individuals & Families to help plan for their long-term financial goals. She also helps Business Owners design retirement plans and educational programs for their employees. Her passion is serving Executive Women by helping them to manage their finances and career trajectories.
